We strive for customer satisfaction but we understand that not every purchase could be the perfect match. We allow returns within 30 days. Returned items must be in original packaging, unwashed and unused with original tags in order to be eligible for a full refund. We also offer store credit for an exchange. We understand accidents can happen. Our products are hand sewn. Therefore, damaged or defective items may be returned by contacting customer care within 5 DAYS of delivery (email@example.com). If we are not notified within 5 days of delivery, it will no longer qualify for a return or possible replacement. You must include a photo of the damage/defect with your email. A shipping label will be provided to you to return defective items to our warehouse, and a full refund or replacement will be provided to you upon receipt of the defective item.
