We are Madison and Lauren, the owners of Blake + Rae. We are two registered nurses- turned stay at home moms- who reside in sunny Sarasota, Florida. We have a love for family beach days, business power walks, and, of course, coffee.

Once we became mothers, we made the decision to put our dream careers as nurses  on hold for the time being. We’ve been friends since high school but really connected over our shared love of kids fashion and, specifically, bamboo pajamas. When we tell you we were obsessed with buying bamboo… we were OBSESSED. We loved the versatility that allowed pieces to grow with our kids, the unique prints, and the online community of other bamboo-loving moms.

We did, however, have difficulty finding a style that matched ours. We live for gender neutral, boho designs that still have pops of color. This aesthetic was tough to come by- so we decided to create it ourselves!
